Reading your quote

The Swap screen shows everything you need to judge a trade before you sign it.

Expected result. The exact amount that will land in your wallet when the swap confirms.

Effective rate. The all-in rate for this trade, fees included. Compare it directly against any OTC or P2P quote you have. It already accounts for the per-chain taker fee, 1 bps on BSC and Celo, 5 bps on Ethereum.

Rate direction. Rates display in the more readable direction for the pair, for example "cNGN per USDT", or "USDT per WETH" for ether, rather than a long decimal the other way round.

Countdown. A firm quote is held for about 60 seconds. Submit before it expires, or request a new one. Nothing auto-refreshes.

Status messages you might see

"Enter an amount". The quote cannot compute until you type something.

"Nobody quoted", or no_quote. Makers were asked and could not cover the full size in time. There is no partial fill. Try a smaller amount.

"Quote expired". The accept window ran out. Request a new quote. A long-open tab does not keep asking makers.

"Minimum swap size". Your amount is below the corridor minimum. The app shows the floor.

Quotes are live

The indicative rate while you type comes from published maker levels. It is not a promise. The firm quote after Request quote is what you execute. If the market moves after you confirm, the signed quote either fills at that price or the transaction reverts. It never fills at a worse price.
