How to become a borrower (open a Debt pool)?

IMPORTANT

The pool will be created on the chain your wallet is currently connected to. Make sure you’re on the correct network.

Click “Open a Credit Line” or "Launch your pool" and fill in the following:

Company – Your brand name
Entity name – The legal entity signing the agreement
Sector / Investment Vehicle – If it doesn’t appear in the list, select “Other” and type it manually
Token – The asset you want to borrow (e.g., USDC)
Interest rate – The interest you will pay on borrowed capital only (idle staked capital carries no interest)
Redemption Period – How often lenders can request their principal back
Min stake size – Minimum deposit allowed per lender
Interest payment interval – How often you commit to pay interest (remember: interest compounds)
Contract – Upload the signed legal agreement between you and your lenders

Click “Sign”, approve the transaction, and your pool goes live.
